2. A2P 10DLC SMS Messaging Program Terms

When you opt into SMS text messaging via our contact forms or booking consultations, you agree to receive transactional and conversational text messages regarding your appointments and inquiries.

• Message Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier plan.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on appointment status and inquiries.
• Opt-Out: Text "STOP" to cancel at any time. Text "HELP" for customer support.
• Privacy: Mobile consent data will never be shared, sold, or disclosed for third-party marketing.

4. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Skin Deep Rejuvenation Center is not liable for delays or failures in the delivery of any SMS messages sent through participating wireless carriers. Message delivery is subject to the terms, conditions, and technical limitations of your mobile carrier and may be affected by service outages, network congestion, device incompatibility, or other factors outside our control.

Carriers do not guarantee delivery of text messages and are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participation in our SMS program is subject to your carrier's messaging capabilities and plan; standard message and data rates charged by your carrier may apply. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier for messages you send to or receive from us.

5. Age Restriction (18+)

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use this website, opt into our SMS messaging program, or schedule and receive services from Skin Deep Rejuvenation Center. By accessing this site, submitting a contact or booking form, or consenting to receive text messages, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and legally able to enter into binding agreements.

If you are under 18, you may not use this website or participate in our SMS program without the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under 18.
