How do I book an appointment?
You can book online anytime through our secure booking portal, or call us at 502-275-9391. We're by appointment only — though walk-ins are welcome for B-12 and Super Lipolean injections during business hours.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, check, and Venmo. Gift cards can also be applied toward any treatment or product. Ask us about package pricing for multi-session treatments.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. This allows us to offer the time to another client. A $50 fee will be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
What should I expect at my first visit?
Your first visit includes a thorough consultation, skin assessment, and personalized treatment plan. We'll walk you through every step so you feel comfortable and informed.
